How do I know if there’s a space available?

Feel free to give us a call weekdays 8am-5pm to find out if we currently have any spaces available for your vehicle.

Is there a dump station?

Yes, we do have a dump station. It is conveniently located – right as you enter the facility. It is for both gray and black water.

What if my code doesn’t work?

If you attempt to enter your code and it doesn’t work, keep in mind that it will disable the keypad for two minutes. If you enter it again after the two-minute lock out and you are still not able to get into the facility, call the office at (541) 255-8636, and we will come help you out.

Are there times when I am not able to access my vehicle?

Our facility currently offers 24-hour access to customers who have a personal code.

If a bill has been overdue for more than a month, customers may temporarily lose access to the facility until payments are caught up.
