To ensure that we are able to maintain a well-maintained & secure facility, we ask a few things from our customers.
Before renting from our facility, all customers must fill out a rental agreement (You will receive this at time of rental).
Since we are a long-term storage company, we ask that customers pay for their first three months up-front. After that, we charge on a month-to-month basis. We do this to make sure only customers who are committed to taking care of their vehicle are allowed on the premises.
To ensure that our facility stays in tip-top shape, we require all vehicles to be under 15 years old. As vehicles age, they tend to start breaking down, and pretty soon debris from the vehicle begins to litter the facility. For this reason, we have applied this rule.
Each customer receives their own personal code to enter the facility. We ask that the customer does not share the code with anyone who is not listed on the rental agreement. We need all customers to comply with this rule so we can keep the facility secure.
We ask that customers give us at 30 days notice before terminating the agreement.
